Open data

Every public source, cleaned, connected and free.

Annula collects research data from every source we can legally gather and share: filings, financials, ownership, insiders, macro and government records. It is matched to companies, checked, and free to use on every plan.

Collected

From the source

Straight from SEC EDGAR, government agencies and company releases, within minutes of publication, with the original document one click away.

Cleaned

Made comparable

Tickers matched to filers, restatements tracked, prices split-adjusted, duplicates removed. Gaps show as gaps, never as guesses.

Connected

Tied to your research

Every passage, figure and headline is matched to the companies you follow and the assumptions you hold.

How we source it

Legal first. Always cited.

Free only works if it lasts. These are the rules the collectors follow.

  • Public records stay public. Government data and SEC filings are free to reuse, and we pass them on for free.
  • We follow each source's terms. We identify our crawler, respect rate limits and robots rules, and don't collect from sites that forbid it.
  • Facts, not copies. For news we show the headline, the facts that matter to you and a link to the publisher, not the article.
  • Licensed where required. Live exchange prices and consensus estimates come from paid licenses, which is why they'll arrive after the beta.
  • Every value carries its source and the time we collected it, so you can check it yourself.

Annula reads what a careful analyst would: the filings themselves, the coverage around them and your own positions. Every claim links back to the page, headline and date it came from.

Membership fee revenue increased compared with the prior year, driven by new member sign-ups and upgrades to our higher-tier membership. We believe the value of membership continues to be reflected in how many members choose to renew.

Our renewal rate in the U.S. and Canada remained consistent with prior periods, and we continue to view renewal as the clearest measure of member loyalty. Worldwide renewal rates were slightly lower, reflecting a growing share of members who joined through digital channels.

We raised annual membership fees in the U.S. and Canada during the year. Historically, fee increases have not had a lasting effect on renewal.
